Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 12, 2026
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with you ("Personal Information"). This includes:
- Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, and company name when you contact us via our form.
- Commercial Information: Records of services purchased or considered.
- Internet Activity: Browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with our website (via cookies/analytics).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your projects, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Business Contact Information and Marketing Outreach
In the course of offering our services to hotels and hospitality businesses, we contact professional decision-makers — such as directors of sales, marketing, and development, and general managers — about services relevant to their role. To do this we collect and process a limited set of business contact information, including: name and job title; business (work) email address; employer or property name; and publicly available professional profile information (for example, a LinkedIn profile).
Where we obtain this information. We obtain business contact details from publicly available professional profiles, company websites, business directories, tourism-board listings, commercial business-information providers, and other publicly available business sources. We collect information relating to individuals acting in their professional capacity. We do not intentionally collect information for personal or household purposes as part of this activity.
Why we process it, and our basis for doing so. We use this information to send relevant business-to-business communications about our hospitality content and production services. For recipients in the United States, we operate in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act: our messages identify us truthfully, include our physical mailing address, and provide a working way to opt out. Where applicable, we rely on our legitimate interests in marketing our business services to relevant organisations. We assess those interests against the rights and freedoms of the individuals concerned and provide an easy opportunity to object or opt out.
Your choices. You can opt out of our outreach at any time by: using the unsubscribe option included in every message we send; replying to any message and asking us to stop; or emailing us at privacy@glasshue.com. Once you opt out, we maintain a suppression record so that we do not send you further marketing communications from Glass Hue Corporation or its Hotel Imago brand. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@glasshue.com.
Retention. We keep business contact information only as long as needed for the purpose described above, and we retain a record of opt-out requests so that we can continue to honor them. Suppression records may be retained for longer where necessary to ensure we continue to respect your marketing preferences.
Our mailing address. Glass Hue Corporation, 4723 Fayetteville Rd #199, Durham, NC 27713, USA.
4. GDPR Rights (EU Visitors)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights, including:
- The right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you.
- The right of rectification.
- The right to object.
- The right of restriction.
- The right to data portability.
5. CCPA Rights (California Residents)
California residents have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, and disclose. You also have the right to request the deletion of your personal information and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights.
6. Cookie Policy
We use cookies to enhance your experience on our website. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. You can choose to accept or decline cookies through our cookie banner or your browser settings.
7. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time, regardless of your location. To do so, email studio@glasshue.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we will process it within the timeframes required by applicable law. To opt out of business marketing outreach specifically, see "Business Contact Information and Marketing Outreach" above, or email privacy@glasshue.com; we will add you to our suppression record.
8. Contact Us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at studio@glasshue.com.
